Enjoy a welcoming stroll amidst birds and wild animals that greet you upon arrival. The tour begins with a video presentation of the São Miguel Caves. With all safety management system procedures in place, tourists follow a thrilling walk along a suspended trail through the cerrado, offering a view of the treetops via a suspension bridge approximately 200 meters long. The view becomes even more breathtaking upon arrival at the lookout point, offering a panoramic view of the beautiful region.
The trail continues for another 150 meters until reaching the cave entrance, with varied geological formations, where the untouched nature is revealed through corals and limestone nests. Because it's a dry cave, visitors have the advantage of walking alongside speleothem formations such as stalactites, stalagmites, and travertines, as well as encountering the barn owl that inhabits the cave. Without a doubt, an incredible excursion for those who love exploring caves and the life forms that inhabit them.
