We'll all prepare an authentic Peruvian dish to tantalize your palate and then enjoy your achievements. We'll use ceramic pots for cooking, just as our Inka ancestors did. This way, we'll preserve all the natural flavors.
YOUR COOKING CLASS MENU:
- Causa: Causa is a refreshing and versatile dish that combines yellow potatoes, yellow bell peppers, lemon, and various fillings that can range from chicken and tuna to seafood, all garnished with avocado.
- Lomo Saltado: Lomo Saltado is sautéed beef, onions, tomatoes and chilies, traditionally served over fries and accompanied by rice.
