- Day trip to the Coral Coast in São José da Coroa Grande
São José da Coroa Grande, a municipality located 115 km from Recife, is part of the Coral Coast environmental protection area. This charming destination is known for its calm seas and the formation of natural pools with clear waters at low tide, a perfect combination for those seeking relaxation and natural beauty.
Between the states of Pernambuco and Alagoas lies the world's second-largest coral reef, known as the Coral Coast, also known as the Brazilian Caribbean. Our tour takes us to explore the still-little-known São José da Coroa Grande, affectionately known as "Sanzé." This special place, with its crystal-clear waters, greenish sea, and pristine coral, offers an indescribable experience.
Upon reaching the beachfront anchorage, you'll have free time to enjoy direct contact with nature, relaxing on the sand or swinging in a hammock. For those who want to immerse themselves more fully in the destination, we suggest an optional catamaran or speedboat tour, allowing for an unforgettable dive among the coral reefs and the lush beauty of this region.
