Daily departures with time to be arranged.
After checking in with our ground staff, there may be a waiting time of up to 50 minutes for other passengers to disembark, in accordance with new airline disembarkation procedures and health safety.
If there is no prior notice of non-attendance at the scheduled time, a No Show fee will be charged. Passengers who cancel the service while already at the airport will not be refunded any amounts paid and will be billed as normal.
The service offers free transportation of up to 1 piece of luggage weighing up to 23 kg per passenger. If the volume exceeds this limit, an additional charge will be made for each additional piece of luggage presented.
In the event of a problem with baggage upon disembarking for which the airline is responsible, we inform you that it will be recommended that the passenger(s) continue on the next regular transfer, as we do not have the time available to wait for all the legal procedures required by the airline to release the passenger(s).
Upon arrival, the passenger must provide a cell phone number so that we can inform them of the departure transfer time one day before departure. If the passenger does not wish to provide a phone number or does not have one, it is mandatory that they contact us through the company's official means of communication or contact their travel agent.
