  • Between 13 and 7 days before the tour date: 60% refund of the reservation value.
  • 6 days before the tour start date: no refund.

    The transfer may take a while to leave

    After checking in with our ground staff, there may be a waiting time of up to 50 minutes for other passengers to disembark, in accordance with new airline disembarkation procedures and health safety.

    If no prior notice is given regarding a non-attendance at the scheduled time, a no-show fee will be charged. Passengers who cancel the service while already at the airport will not receive a refund and will be billed as normal.

    The service offers free transportation of up to one piece of baggage weighing up to 23 kg per passenger. If you exceed this amount, you will be charged an additional amount for each additional item.

    In the event of a problem with baggage upon disembarking for which the airline is responsible, we advise that the passenger(s) will be recommended to continue on the next regular transfer, as we do not have the time available to wait for all the legal procedures required by the airline to release the passenger(s).

    Upon arrival, passengers must provide a cell phone number so that we can inform them of their transfer time one day before departure. If they do not wish to provide a phone number or do not have one, they must contact us through the company's official communication channels or contact their travel agent.
