Cancellation policy
  • Up to 14 days before the tour date: full refund.
  • Between 13 and 7 days before the tour date: 60% refund of the reservation value.
  • 6 days before the tour start date: no refund.
General Rules

    The transfer may take some time to depart.

    After meeting our ground staff, there may be a waiting time of up to 50 minutes for other passengers to disembark, in accordance with new airline disembarkation procedures and health and safety protocols.

    If prior notice of non-attendance at the scheduled time is not given, a no-show fee will be charged. Passengers who cancel the service while already at the airport will not receive a refund and will be billed as usual.

    The service offers free transport of up to one piece of luggage weighing up to 23 kg per passenger. For items exceeding this limit, an additional charge will be applied for each extra piece of luggage.

    In case of a problem with baggage upon arrival for which the airline is responsible, we inform you that we will recommend that the passenger(s) continue on the next regular transfer, since we do not have the time available to wait for all the legal procedures required by the airline to release the passenger(s).

    The passenger must provide a mobile phone number upon arrival so that we can inform them of the departure time one day before their departure. If the passenger does not wish to provide a phone number or does not have one, they must contact us through the company's official communication channels or contact their travel agent.
