Inspired by ancient native flavors and Western food styles, our chef has created a variety of delicious dishes.
The menu features a combination of flavors, with recipes and ingredients from across Northern Vietnam, the food tends to reflect its cooler climate and historical culture. In terms of food, Vietnam has three distinct regions—North, Central, and South—each with its own climate, culture, and food traditions.
