Activity description
Hanoi Motorcycle Tours: FOOD, CULTURE, SIGHTS, AND FUN on Vintage Minsk Motorbike is a fun way to experience the sights, smells, and flavors of Hanoi. And definitely the best way to see and learn about the real Hanoi, not just the touristy sites.
We'll travel through many parts of Hanoi you wouldn't otherwise see or imagine, from the maze of zigzagging backstreets, the frenetic traffic, the old French avenues, and the back roads along the Red River, all while sampling some of Hanoi's most delicious dishes. Plus, we'll pass and tick off most of the city's famous landmarks!
Itinerary:
Our Hanoi motorbike tours begin at your hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter and surrounding areas. You'll be met by our guide and driver in your hotel lobby or at our meeting point for a safety briefing, and then we'll begin our adventure!
In the first part of our Hanoi Motorbike Tours, we expose you to the REAL HANOI with a day in the life experiences, featuring the unknown parts of the city with slices of life in the labyrinth of backstreets, tiny alleys, local houses, schools, random markets, and black markets, experiencing where and how locals live, work, and play. Other tour companies simply show you the beauty and tell you to avoid the bad and strange in their destinations. On Hanoi Backstreet Tours, we not only show you the good, but also expose the bad and strange in your destinations, because you are who you are. For us, the most common tourist spots are just the tip of the iceberg; most of your destinations remain hidden in the unknown parts.
In the second part of our Hanoi motorcycle tours, we pass and stop at the must-see places of our beautiful city, such as Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum - the Mecca of the Vietnamese, the 1,000-year-old Buddhist and Taoist temples of Tran Quoc, the Temple of Literature, the historic training track, the charming French Quarter, the bustling Old Quarter, the romantic lakes of Hoan Kiem, the West Lake, the Hanoi Opera House and the famous Long Bien Bridge, etc.
The final leg of our Hanoi motorbike tours will stop at various authentic restaurants, cafes, and food stalls. This way, you can savor Hanoi's most delicious dishes, including family heirlooms and secret recipes, delicacies, and local specialties.
