Experience the best panoramic views of Lima's landmarks, such as Torre Tagle Palace and Casona Garcilaso, before heading to historic sites like San Pedro Church and the Catacombs of Lima. End the trip with an included food tasting at Lima's famous Cordano Bar. Lima's Historic Center is renowned for its colonial houses and Mudejar-style balconies, so we'll begin this journey by admiring the most prominent. Next, we'll visit San Pedro Church, a Jesuit temple, and the Convent of San Francisco, a jewel of colonial architecture dating back to 1546. We'll revisit its main cloister decorated with 17th-century Sevillian tiles, the Sacristy with paintings by Rivera and Zurbarán, and the Catacombs (underground crypts from the colonial era). This tour is not complete without a visit to Cordano Bar, one of the oldest and most traditional in Lima's historic center, which has hosted many of our country's personalities, including presidents, poets, writers, and artists.
