Our trusted pizza chef will introduce you to the noble art of pizza making, a serious tradition that requires a very precise process. They'll demonstrate each technique, and you'll follow along every step. During this evening class, you'll learn the ingredients needed to make the perfect pizza dough, how to knead it, and how to decorate it correctly. And you'll do it yourself, choosing your own seasonings: feel free to experiment with different recipes, seasonings, and spices. Bake the pizza in the oven and wait for it to turn into a delicious, thin, crispy, and yet spongy crust. While the pizza is in the oven, enjoy a well-deserved rest! Relax and dive into an authentic Italian pizza dinner. Start with a delicious bruschetta and toast to the good life: water, wine, or soft drinks are included. Taste the pizza you made yourself and learn the skills of a true pizzaiolo (Italian pizza maker). And to top it all off, enjoy a delicious homemade dessert.
