We'll travel to a magical city located northwest of Salta's Calchaquí Valleys, surrounded by imposing mountains, snow-capped plateaus, and colonial architecture that will transport us back in time. But it's not just the destination that will amaze us; the route, along several national and provincial routes, is one of the most beautiful in Argentina.
Day 1: We'll depart Salta in a 4x4 truck, traveling through the central part of the Lerma Valley and then into the sub-Andean highlands. Here, we'll travel and admire the views of the Escoipe Canyon and Cuesta del Obispo.
We'll experience contrasting landscapes and climates: from the humid, lush jungles of the Yungas to the arid, cold, and inhospitable Puna. During the ascent, you'll enjoy spectacular views, imposing hills, and the majestic condor watching us from the sky.
At Piedra del Molino, we'll reach the highest point, 3,457 meters above sea level, and then descend toward the Strait of Tin-Tin in Los Cardones National Park, finally arriving in Cachi. There, you'll have lunch and time to visit the museum and church, as well as free time to wander the streets.
We take the road to Cafayate, crossing Route 40, to enter the wonderful Quebrada de las Flechas, passing through small towns like Molinos and Seclantas, and visiting the winery. We arrive in Cafayate, where we will spend the night (lodging not included).
Day 2: We will have the morning free to do the activities we wish, we will have lunch and BY MINIBUS we will return to Salta crossing the incredible Quebrada de las Conchas, to appreciate its colorful canyons with reddish tones, making stops to visit places such as La Yesera, Los Castillos, El Anfiteatro and Garganta del Diablo.
We enter the colorful Lerma Valley, passing through small towns such as El Carril, Coronel Moldes and La Merced.
Later arrival in Salta.

The vehicles used are 12 and 15-passenger vans or 19, 24, or 28-passenger minibuses. Equipped with air conditioning, heating, and USB ports.
Search for hotels located in the city center, less than 8 blocks from the main 9 de Julio square.
