TourSintra, Cabo da Roca, Cascais and Estoril with Sintra National Palace - Spanish preferred

We invite you to discover this charming region and the royal family's summer residence. We'll visit the Sintra National Palace* and spend some free time exploring the craft shops or the famous Sintra sweets. We'll then head to Cabo da Roca (the westernmost point in Europe) and follow the coast, passing the famous Guincho beach until we reach Cascais. Highlights include Boca do Inferno and the magnificent panorama over Cascais Bay and the adjacent coastline. On the way back to Lisbon, we pass through Estoril, home to the famous Casino and its beautiful gardens.

Tour the rich landscapes of the Sintra Cultural Landscape, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition to the Royal Palace, the town of Sintra, and the forests of the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, you can enjoy authentic Sintra pastries and spectacular coastal views from Cabo da Roca.

Spend an unforgettable afternoon as you head north of Lisbon to the Sintra Cultural Landscape, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Admire the Royal Palace, the best-preserved medieval palace in Portugal. Located in the town of Sintra itself, the Royal Palace was continuously inhabited from the 15th century until the end of the 19th century and was the summer playground of Portuguese royalty. You'll quickly spot the palace's characteristic conical chimneys and admire its rich collection of tiles.

Like the rest of Portugal, Sintra takes its sweets very seriously. Follow the crowds down a nearby narrow street to Periquita. Since 1862, this popular bakery and café has been serving sumptuous cakes and pastries.

The feast of the senses continues as we pass through the lush gardens of the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, on the way to Cabo da Roca (from March to October), the westernmost point of continental Europe.

Then, soak in the ocean views as we travel along the coast, passing Guincho Beach, a favorite among windsurfers, and Boca do Inferno (November to February), a natural cave created by the sea.

Upon arrival in Cascais, you'll enjoy panoramic views of the bay. Afterwards, we'll return via Estoril, the "Portuguese Riviera," home to Europe's largest casino and beautiful gardens.

Please keep in mind that we do not offer pick-up at all hotels in Lisbon, in which case we will confirm a meeting point at the nearest pick-up point.

You must wait for your guide at the door of the indicated hotel or at the meeting point.

If your hotel is not on our pick-up list, the meeting point will be at our Terminal in Praça Marquês de Pombal, please be there 20 minutes before the tour starts.
