After a fun ride on the back of the scooter, our first stop is beef noodle soup (Bun Bo Hue - NOT PHO which you can find all over Vietnam).
After your first meals, your driver-guide will take you to a 'food paradise' in District 3.
The street food sold here is diverse, as the locals come from many places and have diverse tastes. Climb the buildings and see the contrasting architecture of modern and traditional.
The next stop for food is the Cambodian market. Here, you can try Banh Trang Nuong and Cryspy Banana Crackers.
Hop on the scooter and head to another area to taste Vietnam's most popular street food - Banh My - This food is listed as the #1 street food that Vietnamese people eat almost every day because it is so convenient and delicious.
More food is coming, let's stop and sit on plastic chairs among many places at a local restaurant to have a wonderful evening with a friend.
During this Ho Chi Minh food tour, we will chat and share local and food stories to help you better understand people's lives as well as local cuisine, not only in Saigon but also throughout Vietnam.
