Locker Room: The following must be left in the locker room: Suitcases, backpacks and containers larger than 40 x 35 x 15 centimeters; Umbrellas, including those with pointed ends, of medium and large size; Walking sticks (except those required by visitors with disabilities); Tripods for cameras and video cameras; Signage of any type; Shoulder bags with a width not exceeding 15 cm are permitted.
*To obtain tickets to the Vatican Museums, you must provide your first and last name. Without this information, your ticket will not be issued. You must also bring your passport on the day of your visit.
*To issue a reservation to the Vatican, it is mandatory to provide the first name, last name, and date of birth of all passengers. Without this information, the reservation cannot be confirmed until we have all the passenger data.
Please be aware that if the Sistine Chapel is not accessible for reasons beyond our control, no partial refund will be made.
