We do not provide transfers to Valen Porto Soft Hotel and Hotel Pilão, as they are located in the port area of São Luís, outside the logistics of the city's hotel chain;
Cancellation of ongoing services after the maximum period of 48 hours in advance, or failure of the passenger to show up for the service, will result in a no-show charge, that is, a charge of 100% of the contracted services;
Please inform us if the passenger has a motor disability (wheelchair user), so we can check the possibility of regular service or the need for an exclusive service, which will be quoted on demand;

We are not responsible for any damage to passengers' luggage, except if it occurs during the provision of our services;
