Important information about the transfer:
-Pick-up service available at: 09:00 // 11:00 AM // 1:00 PM // 4:00 PM
-Baggage allowance: 01 suitcase no larger than 158cm (sum of all sides) (medium size) and hand luggage are allowed per person; it is necessary to inform at the time of booking if the passenger needs to transport luggage above the permitted amount, such as: wheelchair, baby stroller, or any medium or large object.
-The trip is made in air-conditioned vehicles with a Portuguese-speaking driver.
-Passengers will be welcomed in the airport lobby by an Intertouring professional with a sign in the name of the main customer of the reservation;

b) From 4 years of age - Full rate
SHARED TRANSFERS BÚZIOS - TERMS & CONDITIONS IMPORTANT:
-The type of transport used for this transfer will depend on the demand on the day the service is carried out.
-Reservations will be accommodated at the closest times available for regular Transfer.
-This transfer is considered a ground connection. The vehicle type may be changed upon arrival in the city for transportation to the Inn/Hotel.
-Some streets in Búzios are narrow and/or located on hills, which prevents larger vehicles from circulating in the resort.
-The approximate drop-off time at the hotel is 40 minutes. The order of drop-off will follow the day's itinerary and logistics. If necessary, we will provide support vehicles to optimize the operation.
-No animals are allowed on board, service available only upon request.
-The transportation of surfboards is not permitted;
-In the case of a baby stroller, an extra seat must be booked in advance, subject to availability;-Volumes above the allowance will only be accommodated if there is space available on the transport;
FLIGHT CHANGE OR DELAY
In cases of flight changes or rescheduling, we will reschedule the passenger to the next scheduled time at no additional cost, subject to availability. If the delay exceeds 3 hours, the airline will be responsible for the transfer. For transfers outside these times, please enquire about PRIVATE Transfers.
