Once the Colosseum ticket is issued, it is non-refundable. It is also mandatory to bring your passport on the day of the tour.
*Due to heightened security measures, you may experience delays in passing security checks upon entering the Colosseum. Guests with pacemakers will need to present a certificate to bypass security screening.
*Please ensure you have a valid ID/passport. Otherwise, your entry may be refused.
*Bulky bags, strollers, or backpacks are not permitted in the Colosseum. Glass bottles are not permitted.
*This tour is not suitable for people using wheelchairs or who have difficulty moving around.
*Wear comfortable shoes and clothing - the tour will continue regardless of the weather.
*The tour involves a lot of walking and climbing stairs, especially in the Roman Forum - please take this into account.
