Boat tickets valid for all routes are delivered in physical format, therefore, the loss of these tickets will result in the repurchase of new tickets for the same route.
● Announcements are made approximately 20-15 minutes prior to arrival at each island.
● It is recommended that you or anyone in your party who is aware of seasickness during boat or cruise trips take an anti-seasickness tablet at least 1 hour before boarding.
● Bar and snacks on board: food (snacks) and drink options are available on each boat.
● Luggage on board and baggage allowance: You may leave your bags and luggage on the ground floor of the boat itself. The staff of the boat or ferry will indicate where to leave your bags according to the disembarkation island. This area is supervised by staff and receipts for bags are not provided or given; therefore, your bags and luggage must be collected exactly from the same place or point before disembarking.
There is no weight limit for luggage transported on a boat or ferry, but remember that a fee will have to be paid if there is excess weight on the day of your departure for your outbound flight at the airport.
IMPORTANT: We recommend that valuable items be kept with the passenger at all times during the boat trip (documents, passports, medicines, jewelry, money, laptops, tablets, iPads, cell phones and video cameras).
