- Christ the Redeemer in a van and the Selarón Steps
We’ll be picked up from Copacabana and driven to the Christ the Redeemer statue – one of the New Seven Wonders of the World – atop Corcovado Mountain. We’ll travel a short and scenic route through the Tijuca Forest – one of the largest urban forests in the world – before opening up to incredible views across the city. Once at the top, we’ll enjoy Brazil’s most famous tourist attraction and a 360º panoramic view of Rio de Janeiro from 710 meters above sea level.
We will return from Christ the Redeemer and tour Santa Teresa, the famous neighborhood located on a mountain and known for its narrow cobblestone streets, unique cultural atmosphere and the iconic yellow cable car.
We will arrive at the Lapa neighborhood, the area with Rio's traditional nightlife and known for the Arcos da Lapa, before arriving at the colorful tiles of the Escadaria Selarón, one of Rio's main attractions.
We returned to Copacabana.
