We've prepared an incredible program full of excitement, action, and fun. Befriend two playful dolphins who will greet you with a handshake and a kiss on the cheek—they expect the same from you! Then, hold onto their dorsal fins as they whisk you through the water. You'll have free time playing with the dolphins to experience all their quirks. But the most thrilling moment is the famous foot-push. On Isla Mujeres, groups have a maximum of 10 people for a more intimate experience.
It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program, remember that you will receive a short briefing before swimming.
Remember, we have two free ferry services at 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Please arrive 30 minutes before each departure. Please note that the arrival point for your return will be Playa Langosta.
The use of a life jacket is required in all water programs.
For safety reasons, pregnant women (5 months or more pregnant) cannot participate in any of our aquatic programs. Women less than 5 months pregnant can only participate in the Encounter program if accompanied by another adult and after signing a Liability Form.
Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment, and marine species.
For safety reasons, the use of cameras in the water is not permitted, professional photos will be available for sale.
Bring towels and cash (we are not currently accepting dollars, only Mexican pesos) for taxis, shopping, meals, etc.

CHILDREN'S POLICY
1. Children with a height greater than 1.40 m can only attend any program paying the adult rate.
2. Children with a height of 1.21 m to 1.40 m, can participate in solos in the Encontro program. To participate in Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, you are accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket.
3. Children with a height of 1 m and up to 1.20 m can participate in the program Encontro acompañado de un adulto con boleto pagado. You can participate in Swim Adventure and Royal Swim, which are accompanied by adults with a paid boleto.
