Your new adventure begins with the unique experience of the Dolphin Swim Adventure program, where you interact with our adorable and cute dolphins in the waters of the Caribbean Sea (not in a pool or aquarium), their natural habitat.
Make friends with a pair of playful dolphins who will greet you with a wave and a kiss on the cheek, expecting the same from you! Get up close and personal with your new friends for a quick belly ride. After a 15-minute training and briefing session, you'll enjoy 50 minutes of bonding with the dolphins to play and experience their fun quirks. Watch them perform aerial acrobatics, let the dolphins skim the surface of the water while you ride a paddleboard, and get the best ride you've ever had with our famous belly ride activity.
After completing your dolphin swimming program, you can enjoy relaxing all day in our pools, have lunch and a refreshing drink in our restaurants, or, if you're feeling more adventurous, explore this beautiful island! Notes: Please note that the tour does not include hotel pick-up and starts from a meeting point.
On Isla Mujeres, groups have a maximum of 12 people for a more intimate experience.
It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program, remember that you will receive a short briefing before swimming.
Remember, we have two free ferry services at 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Please arrive 30 minutes before each departure. Please note that the arrival point for your return will be Playa Langosta.
The use of a life jacket is required in all water programs.
For safety reasons, pregnant women (5 months or more pregnant) cannot participate in any of our aquatic programs. Women less than 5 months pregnant can only participate in the Encounter program if accompanied by another adult and after signing a Liability Form.
Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment, and marine species.
For safety reasons, the use of cameras in the water is not permitted, professional photos will be available for sale.
Bring towels and cash (we are not currently accepting dollars, only Mexican pesos) for taxis, shopping, meals, etc.

CHILDREN'S POLICY
1. Children with a height greater than 1.40 m can only participate in any program paying the adult rate.
2. Children with a height of 1.21 m to 1.40 m, can participate in solos in the Encontro program. To participate in Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, you are accompanied by an adult with a paid ticket.
3. Children with a height of 1 m and up to 1.20 m can participate in the program Encontro acompañado de un adulto con boleto pagado. You can participate in Swim Adventure and Royal Swim, which are accompanied by adults with a paid boleto.
