We'll pick you up at your hotel and take you to a charming winery where this culinary experience will begin. You'll be greeted with an introduction to mate, Uruguay's most emblematic drink, which you can enjoy while we begin preparing everything necessary for the asado.
Afterwards, you'll enjoy a board of Uruguayan cheeses and salami, accompanied by fresh bread, while enjoying an exquisite tasting of five wines from Bodega Fallabrino.
A barbecue expert will accompany you on this experience, where you'll learn how to select and prepare cuts of meat, light the grill, manage cooking times and techniques, and prepare a delicious chimichurri, the perfect sauce to accompany your barbecue.
We'll finish with a lunch where you'll savor the fruits of your labor: a succulent asado de tira (strip roast), colita de cuadril (cuadril sausage), and choripán (choripan). During the meal, you'll enjoy Tannat or Moscatel Rosé, as well as soft drinks and mineral water. And to top it all off, you'll enjoy a traditional dessert: Martín Fierro, a perfect combination of cheese and membrillo jam.
