We will take a delightful tour combining contact with nature and local culture, beginning with a visit to a traditional flower farm in Santa Elena, followed by an unforgettable tour of Medellín. We will ascend to the charming village of Santa Elena, located in the mountains surrounding the city, where flower cultivation is an essential part of the local identity. There, we will have the opportunity to meet a true silletero, guardian of a centuries-old tradition that manifests itself splendidly in the famous Flower Fair — the most important cultural event in Medellín.
After this floral immersion, we will descend the mountain aboard the Metrocable, the metro cable car, to the Santo Domingo neighborhood, one of the most striking examples of the city's social transformation. We will continue our tour through the streets of downtown Medellín, visiting emblematic places such as Parque Berrío and Plaza Botero, where we will appreciate the open-air exhibition of sculptures by Fernando Botero, an artistic symbol of the city.
We will also explore the historic center of Medellín, discovering its history, its architecture, and the living marks of urban renewal. This will be a tour full of color, culture, panoramic views, and authentic experiences—a true celebration of the essence of Medellín and its people.
